What is sn0wbreeze?

sn0wbreeze is a tool to create custom IPSWs to restore, similar to PwnageTool. It is a GUI of XPwn for Windows written in visual basic.net and is developed by iH8sn0w.It is released under GPL v3 license and it is a freeware.sn0wbreeze used to be open-source but it is now closed-source
