On the page IPSW File Format and on Sn0wbreeze you started an edit war. We can't tolerate this here. I don't want to discuss here which version is correct, but if someone undoes your edit, don't change it back, but start a discussion on its Talk page. Only after a public agreement we can then change the page. You did create the talk page, but also changed the page itself. That doesn't stop the edit war. Imagine that everybody, together with a comment on the talk page, would edit the page again. That doesn't work. We want to be civilized here. If you continue with this behaviour, we'll need to block you. As I was involved in these edits, I won't issue the blocking; I don't want to use my admin status to have my version go through. But I'm sure another admin will block you if this goes on. Treat this as a warning. Everybody makes mistakes, just don't repeat them. --http (talk) 13:06, 7 January 2013 (UTC)

Those edits were useful, but weren't put together "nicely". You used a link shortener, not the actual link, and the grammar is bad. Plus, that doesn't seem like the right place for those notes. --5urd (talk) 00:00, 26 January 2013 (UTC)

You just started another edit war by recreating a page that someone deleted. Even if the deletion was not correct, you can't simply change or edit it back (unless the other edit was spam or you're an admin). We don't want this bad behaviour here. If there are different opinions - and none is "better" than any other, just maybe more accepted - then discuss. If this happens a third time, I'll issue a temporary block. Thanks for your understanding. --http (talk) 12:16, 26 January 2013 (UTC)

Stop requesting to remove old information. We keep it for historical reasons. It's the same reason blogs don't delete old posts. What if there was a version that worked on Win2k while the newest one doesn't? It would make sense to have the changeling that states that Win2k support is dropped so they know what will work and what won't. This site usually contains information that has sense been remove from the internet. Look at NAND. It contains renders of the storage mapping PDF that has been removed from the internet! What if MuscleNerd didn't raster them? We wouldn't have that document anymore! Old information is still useful. Look at Intel! They still provide the Intel 4004 manual. Is that useful to most people? No. But it provides useful information that could have been lost! Please, stop. --5urd (talk) 16:20, 18 March 2013 (UTC)

Edit War - First Warning

Ok. I will do that next time. I just don't like things being wrong. --iAdam1n (talk) 13:09, 7 January 2013 (UTC)

Redirect deletion marks

Do NOT mark a redirect for deletion if it has pages linking to it. It destroys the redirect and instead renders a numerical list like:

1. REDIRECT Template:see also

For it to be a redirect, Mediawiki REQUIRES that the first line be #REDIRECT xxx and there be nothing else. --5urd (talk) 00:22, 17 January 2013 (UTC)

I didn't want a redirect. --iAdam1n (talk) 08:27, 17 January 2013 (UTC)

Unlock and Jailbreak edits

Those edits were useful, but weren't put together "nicely". You used a link shortener, not the actual link, and the grammar is bad. Plus, that doesn't seem like the right place for those notes. --5urd (talk) 00:00, 26 January 2013 (UTC)

Ok, though I think users should know. --iAdam1n (talk) 00:38, 26 January 2013 (UTC)

Edit War - Second Warning

You just started another edit war by recreating a page that someone deleted. Even if the deletion was not correct, you can't simply change or edit it back (unless the other edit was spam or you're an admin). We don't want this bad behaviour here. If there are different opinions - and none is "better" than any other, just maybe more accepted - then discuss. If this happens a third time, I'll issue a temporary block. Thanks for your understanding. --http (talk) 12:16, 26 January 2013 (UTC)

Ok. As I stated on another page, I will in future just wait for a reply. --iAdam1n (talk) 12:18, 26 January 2013 (UTC)

STOP

Ok. I didn't know. --iAdam1n (talk) 16:36, 18 March 2013 (UTC)

rowspan and colspan

Please stop rowspaning and colspaning everything. Not everything needs it. If it is done to make it consistent with the rest of the page, then it's ok. Other than that, discuss it first. --5urd (talk) 16:22, 18 March 2013 (UTC)

Alright. --iAdam1n (talk) 16:36, 18 March 2013 (UTC)

25C3 Images

Instead of placing delete markers on 14 different pages, you could've asked why I uploaded them. As the name suggests, these belong to the incomplete 25C3 transcript. These images are in use, maybe just not linked yet. --http (talk) 19:52, 29 April 2013 (UTC)

Ok sorry. --iAdam1n (talk) 19:56, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
So as you seem to agree, can you undo that then please? Or do I have to link them to avoid confusion? --http (talk) 21:05, 3 May 2013 (UTC)
Alright I'll remove the delete marker now. --iAdam1n (talk) 21:07, 3 May 2013 (UTC)

Impending edit war

Please refrain from removing the width attribute from the table cells on Jaggions's page. It's turning into an edit war between you two, and it's pretty much his choice on how he wants his user page (as long as it's not overdone and it doesn't have objectionable content, anyways). --Dialexio (talk) 16:13, 9 July 2013 (UTC)

I didn't know he added it back and a mod was doing it too. --iAdam1n (talk) 16:40, 9 July 2013 (UTC)

Flood

I remember I got a flood notice from you. So kindly be reminded to obey your own rules as well. --M2m (talk) 07:37, 11 August 2013 (UTC)

I actually did not flood. I am in the limit. When I said to you, I said because you did like 5 edits to the same page in 10 minutes without adding the minor edit flag. --iAdam1n (talk) 11:10, 11 August 2013 (UTC)
Hey, there are 78 your consecutive edits since August 21, 2013... --Jaggions (talk) 20:54, 24 August 2013 (UTC)

Question about "plainlinks"

Hi iAdam1n! Why add <span class="plainlinks"> on OpenJailbreak and Opensn0w? Why not just use the default link styles? They help indicate whether something is an internal link or external link. Britta (talk) 00:16, 22 October 2013 (UTC)

I think it makes them ugly. --iAdam1n (talk) 09:52, 22 October 2013 (UTC)
It's probably better to suggest a site-wide style change than to change a few links at a time, since changing a few means that they're inconsistent, which can be mildly confusing. Britta (talk) 10:12, 22 October 2013 (UTC)
I am about to make a topic on then community portal about using it anyway. --iAdam1n (talk) 10:14, 22 October 2013 (UTC)
