Currently it is not clear which of these two devices is what. One of them is obviously the Lightning Digital AV Adapter. The other is probably the Lightning to VGA Adapter. The Lightning to 30-pin Adapter is not part of this Haywire concept, as it does not support video output, respectively because it does not do dynamic firmware upload.

Haywire seems to be the codename for the video adapters available for the Lightning Connector.

There are two devices listed in /System/Library/PreinstalledAssets/com_apple_MobileAsset_MobileAccessoryUpdate_haywire.xml:

Both use an ApChipID=0x8747 which suggests the S5L8747 processor and use iBoot-1537.9.55~3.

Currently it is not clear which of these two devices is what. One of them is obviously the Lightning Digital AV Adapter. The other is probably the Lightning to VGA Adapter. The Lightning to 30-pin Adapter has nothing to do with Haywire, as it does not support video output, respectively because it does not do dynamic firmware upload.
