This is the radio chip that is being used in the iPod touch 3G, iPad, and iPhone 4.

Features

  • WiFi 802.11b/g/n (5 GHz 802.11a is an optional add-on that is currently only in the iPad.)
  • FM receiver and transmitter (76MHz - 108MHz) with RDS support
  • Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR
  • Support for 2 simultaneous A2DP profiles
