Bootrom 2098.0.0.2.4

This is the bootrom version found in the Apple Watch (1st generation). It is vulnerable to Checkm8. Strangely, despite being a 32 bit ARMv7k SoC, it uses the newer IMG4 format instead of the IMG3 format.
