Background
This is an internal build of iOS 9.0, originally discovered on an iPhone 6 PVT, which runs SwitchBoard. A dump of its filesystem weighs in at around 4.5 gigabytes.
Interestingly, this build contains Fruity Reliability in addition to its normal counterpart. Many apps are broken on this build and opening them results in a respring loop. Some of the apps affected include MMI and Reliability. This could be due to a bug in the software, the apps conflicting with each-other, incorrect permissions, missing files, or something else.
