prepareDevice.sh deletes the following directories and files:

   /var/root/ipc_*Crashes*
   /var/root/ipc_*Stats-*
   /var/root/StressTest-*
   /var/root/StressTests-*
   /var/root/Library/Caches/locationd/location*
   /Library/Logs/CrashReporter/*.log
   /Library/Logs/CrashReporter/*plist
   /Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Baseband/
   /var/mobile/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/*plist
   /var/mobile/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Baseband/
