This is a program made by Apple, which is available on the Mac AppStore free of charge. It is used to program apps for OS X and iOS. The latest version of 4.6.3 which weighs in at 1.65GB and requires OS X 10.7.4 or later. It includes SDK's to be able to test on the simulator which is built in.
