This is because each device has a unique AES engine. If you have been posting iPhone 4 keys by running your shell script with an iPod touch 2G or anything else than an iPhone 4, you've been posting incorrect keys and I'd appreciate it if you tested them with xpwn to see if they give you binaries or gobbledygook.
