you need the faulty blobs to get the actual IPSW on the device and the other tools i mentoined to boot into iOS ..........so no this is not like bluefreeze diffrent tools, diffrent means of exploitation, diffrent process of installing the software

No this is not like bluefreeze. It still requires the SHSH blobs for the hack to work and it only covers iOS 6.0 - 6.1.2 with the faulty blobs. It is named SHebang after one of the exploits for the iOS 6 jailbreak. You need the faulty blobs to get the actual IPSW on the device and the other tools I mentioned to boot into iOS, so no this is not like bluefreeze different tools, different means of exploitation, different process of installing the software.
