Until the ipod touch 3G, they also had a NOR where the main bootloaders and graphics are stored. In ipod touch 3G and later, these files are also on the NAND. I just did a NOR dump of my ipod touch 2g with 4.2.1 and I found that it stores the SHSH blobs in the NOR. Could one possibly recover the SHSH blobs of iPod Touch 4g by dumping the NAND?
