I disagree with deleting the ipt and iptx and iptxg pages (x=1..5). I created them when I just learned what it meant. I'm sure there are other such users out there that want to know this. Also, it's a nice short form to jump to the iPod touch pages. --http 23:27, 5 November 2012 (MST)

: But wanting to know what "ipt" means doesn't likely lead one to try going to an "ipt" page. There doesn't need to be a page for every abbreviation in use. That's what search is for. I say nuke 'em :) beej 08:47, 6 November 2012 (MST)

:We don't need abbreviations for everything. As beau said, just use the search. Quite honestly, those
(iPhone|iPod|AppleTV|iPod)[1-9],[1-9]
pages aren't even needed anymore. I only created them out of the fact that others already existed. These pages aren't like
iPhone 3G(|S)
pages where people who dont know about the technical mames will use. When someone visits this site for the first time, they willmost likely be at the home page. Unless you can find me evidence of people using this page other than this discussion, I'm standing my ground.--5urd 09:25, 6 November 2012 (MST)

We don't need abbreviations for everything. As beau said, just use the search. Quite honestly, those (iPhone|iPod|AppleTV|iPod)[1-9],[1-9] pages aren't even needed anymore. I only created them out of the fact that others already existed. These pages aren't like iPhone 3G(|S) pages where people who dont know about the technical mames will use. When someone visits this site for the first time, they willmost likely be at the home page. Unless you can find me evidence of people using this page other than this discussion, I'm standing my ground.--5urd 09:25, 6 November 2012 (MST)
