SemiRestore is a tool that resets most content on your device. It is not a full-fledged restore, but will revert most things to their default state while maintaining the device's current firmware. By default, OpenSSH is installed. SemiRestore will also allow you to reinstall Cydia. As it is not a full-fledged restore, SemiRestore does not require SHSH blobs.
