NonUIConsoleViewer, which is presented simply as "Console" on SwitchBoard is an app that is shipped in later builds of SwitchBoard and first made a 'public' appearance in the iPhone 6's that run SwitchBoard. This app app presumably shows the output of "/private/var/mobile/log.txt" Which is shown in the view below, but as of yet there has not been an instance in which anything shows up. This could potentially show the output of console execs such as SwitchBoard:_/usr/local/bin. The latest build 'publicly' known is 1.21.
