Bootrom 1704.10

This is the bootrom version found in the iPhone 5s, iPad Air, iPad mini 2 and iPad mini 3. It has no known exploits. This version of the bootrom was compiled some time after 6.1.3, but before 7.0 beta 1, and is the first bootrom to support APTicket, therefore ditching the old type of SHSH Blobs for good. Now any bootrom after this will only want APTickets because all bootroms compiled afterwards will always be based on an iBoot that supports APTicket.
