AtlasStatusMenu is an internal macOS application made by Apple designed to work with AtlasUI and/or AtlasRecordsUI. Based on the name and the fact that it runs in the Menu Bar, it is likely designed to show information about the currently connected station. If a proper station is not set up, it will only say "Station disconnected" when you click it in the Menu Bar.
