AppSnapp is the name given to the original JailbreakMe for iPhone OS 1.1.1. It is an untethered jailbreak.

Conceited Software utilized the LibTiff exploit to provide jailbreakme.com.

Upon the release of iPhone OS 2.0 and the debut of the App Store, Conceited Software closed AppSnapp, where it remained dormant until Star.
