This is a factory firmware based on iPhone OS 1.1.2. It appears to be a newer version of Alpine 1A420, featuring a newer version of SkankPhone with the built-in Operator screen. It also has the ability to exit SkankPhone and boot into SwitchBoard.app, where one can find the following applications:
