This is a hidden iOS Application that runs automatically when in the path /private/var/mobile is placed a video file called Demo.mov, usually in the devices exposed in the Apple Stores, and if the Auto-Lock is activated. Basically it loops the video continuously, like a screen-saver. Go here for the loop videos.
