Summary

This is where all of the pre-installed native apps are installed. They can't be deleted under normal circumstances (However you can delete them with a Cydia app or SSH'ing to this folder and deleting the folder. Cydia will move this directory to the user partition and create a symlink to it.

/Applications --> /var/stash/Applications.*****

NOTE: In the title, the asterisks represent randomly generated characters that are generated when the folder is created and symlinked
